This article contains the following information:
  • What is known about JKV;
  • Irrefutable arguments that JKV is a scam;
  • Further indications that JKV is a scam;

Entrusting your finances to JKV is a decision you will surely regret, as I do now. I'm left with the sad reality that this is the worst thing that could have happened to me as an investor, and I think my experience is a stop sign for forum users who, are considering giving their personal money to this ugly investment firm."

Consequences of doing business with JKV

What happens in the situation when you or someone else spits on all the information given here and wants to try trading with JKV? Let's find out. Let's take a review on JKV from the Reddit forum:
"I am writing this review to share my unpleasant experience with JKV and to keep potential investors safe before they even think about giving their hard-earned cash to this firm. In my many years of trading experience I have never dealt with a worse brokerage firm, and it has given me a nasty taste in my mouth and a huge decrease in confidence in the industry in general.

What else is a must-have on the site of a decent broker? Research tools! A brokerage platform is obliged to give people access to research tools and resources. These can be financial news, analyst reports, corporate financial reports, technical analysis tools and much more. These tools enable traders to make reasoned investment decisions rather than doing nothing at all. And how can you make informed investment decisions if all the JKV platform has is a calendar? Real brokerage firms ensure that their investors have everything they need to make informed decisions, because it directly influences the long-term prospects of their cooperation.

Reviews of the JKV

What do the reviews of JKV say? Exclusively about the scam and screaming incompetence of JKV's managers. The ratio of positive and negative opinions is, of course, in favor of the bad. With favorable opinions on JKV it is similarly not so simple. The fact is that all reviews are too much of the same type and have been written not so long ago and in fact at the same moment. All this suggests that these good reviews are fake. Below is one of these reviews:
"JKV is a great firm! The firm has a brokerage permit in place. I get 50-100% of my total capital per month and I devote fifteen minutes a day to trading. I recommend JKV to everyone!
A really great firm indeed! One of them is able to make an ordinary investor a multimillionaire in a couple of years, because investor can earn 150-200% per month. We think that in this situation it is clear that this is a fake review.
We give another review on JKV left on Reddit:
"This is the best broker on the market. I can not understand why JKV is not #1 in the EU and the US yet! The service is of the highest level and the managers at JKV are the most qualified. I have been working with this broker for about three years and everything is cool".
And we don't understand why this broker is not number one... among scammers until now.
Note that those people who corrected the opinions do not even know themselves JKV "works" only for six months, but not for several years, which allegedly this person does business with JKV. No evidence has been presented to confirm that JKV's managers are "quite competent".

What is known about JKV

In a nutshell, practically nothing. The firm appeared in 2022. It is not known in what country it is based. There is no good information for just over half a year of the broker's existence. There is exceptionally bad information on the firm, but first things first. Our editorial team decided to try and find information online about the location of the firm's office but ultimately found nothing. Any serious company tries to be as open and transparent as possible, to lead their investors, so that customers know to whom they want to transfer their money, but it is clear that those who owns JKV do not think like this.

Even worse, it had an emotionally significant impact on me. Not only have I lost a considerable amount of money due to the stupidity of JKV, but the whole affair has made me feel betrayed and put me in deep distrust of the brokerage industry. I can't get rid of the painful thoughts of the countless hours dedicated to resolving difficulties and compensating financial losses triggered by the fraudulent nature of this office.

In addition, a very important feature of a cool trading platform is reliable security features. Ensuring the safety of traders' individual information and funds is crucial. A quality trading platform must have good security practices such as two-factor authentication, encryption and secure socket layer (SSL) methodology. All of these and other things in order to reliably protect traders from scams, stolen investments from their account or hacking into the trading platform itself with a general information leak. None of this is the case with JKV.

A quality investment platform must have both mobile and desktop versions. In today's fast-paced world, traders must be able to access their brokerage platform on the go. This would allow them, for example, to follow fast-changing conditions and instantly sell or buy an asset if there is a good reason to do so. A normal platform should have a flexible mobile app as well as a real desktop version to cater for a wide range of client preferences and requirements.

A normal brokerage platform must have a comfortable interface. A well-designed, intuitive user interface is essential for a trading platform. This ensures that users can easily navigate the platform, manage their accounts and conduct transactions with ease. There is none of this on JKV's platform. Although we know many different platforms and it is a well-understood thing, it is still difficult to navigate on this platform, in spite of the vast experience.
A good trading platform should have different possibilities to invest. A good trading platform should give a sufficient range of trading products, including stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds, options, futures and other securities. This allows investors to diversify their accounts and gain access to different categories of currencies. The JKV marketplace has a large number of instruments, however the catch is that JKV is not a real scam and trading in these instruments is all artificial, like in a game. When you buy silver through the playground JKV you in reality do not buy anything because JKV has no license and therefore is not allowed to cooperate with the world stock exchanges and therefore you do not really buy anything through a brokerage company on the stock exchange. In general, the marketplace JKV not only has a useless usability, but to all this pretty ugly from an aesthetic point of view.

Now let's compare what JKV has with a normal, average firm. What should a good brokerage platform look like? A good trading platform is the main tool for traders to have access to global markets and to make informed investment decisions. A quality platform should have both cent and virtual in addition to the standard one.

Subjective experience with JKV

What was said before is enough to make a correct conclusion about the essence of JKV. We decided to double-check everything on our own to be 100% sure.
After the registration was done, JKV manager called us back and almost immediately started to persuade us to buy as much money as possible. We funded our account for the minimum amount of 25$ and tried to use the signals given by this broker. What happened after that? We lost ninety percent of our money in a couple of trades and decided to withdraw the money, but we did not get it back. An employee of JKV called again and tried to dissuade us from withdrawing the money and even put the money back to the account and open trades again. True, it is unclear why the managers could not compensate for the loss without me additionally giving the manager my money. It is clear that even if I had done that, the managers would still not have withdrawn the money, not a penny.

As we can see, not only did the person lose money and mental health, and at the same time did not get any good investment experience, exclusively disappointment in forex. If you look at other reviews there is generally a similar content. The most common reason is that JKV does not pay out the money. In addition traders have also written about total incompetence of JKV managers. Looking at the opinions on JKV we have repeatedly seen data on the fact that in the dialog with customers the representatives of JKV resort to explicit manipulation and use of insults. The reviews of a normal investment company should say otherwise, or at least it should not be that bad. The reviews of JKV also clearly show that JKV is an obvious fraud.

The main fact which confirms that JKV is a fraud

No doubt we are referring to the lack of regulation. The regulator has a number of tasks, including inspections of broker offices, specialist inspections, monitoring of the financial component, traders and checking the liquidity of the broker. But the most important function of the regulator is to prevent money laundering. Financial fraud can take many forms, such as writing off a trader's money without his knowledge, or misusing an investor's money in a transaction for which he has not been authorised. Before the crisis of two thousand eight and nine, the largest banking institutions in the US did this on a massive scale. Through the regulator, the trader can, for example, recover the funds. The regulator has its own parameters, according to which they check the qualification of employees of financial institutions, including trading firms. This, in turn, guarantees that you will have qualified specialists working with you. JKV has no regulation whatsoever, not even a license to trade from some fake office.

When it came to the key aspect of support for traders, I was really pissed off. Their staff were either unresponsive or incapable of resolving my problems with any semblance of competence. I thought I was talking to a chatbot and my requests for help were ignored. When I promptly needed help in a critical market movement situation, I found myself in a difficult position, and this eventually resulted in me losing a significant amount of money.

What other signs and evidence is there that JKV is a scam?

As stated above, JKV and its managers are no strangers to aggressive selling, harassment, rampant unqualification, marketing tricks like promises of very high profits and adulterated reviews. The website of JKV does not have any legal information, not even an agreement of public offer, but there must be some documents confirming the authorisation for brokerage activity, registration data and, probably, some awards. In the search results the situation is similar, as with the opinions, they are all the same. The fact that JKV does not withdraw funds is a standard sign of a scam. JKV managers also like to give signals that do not work, which not only make it impossible to get money, but on the contrary, all the money evaporates. Scammers often give such signals in order to earn more commissions and fees, although this is more about consultants at real brokerage houses, who are scamming in this way. But very frequent slippages and glitches in the JKV platform are also a typical sign of a scam.

Comparing JKV to an adequate company

In this part of the material there is the following information:
  • How the site of an adequate brokerage company should be set up;
  • How the JKV site is set up;
  • Comparison of a normal brokerage platform with what JKV has.
.

Initially it was obvious that JKV's level of skill and competence was clearly close to zero. Their platform was always problematic, with regular technical failures and a user interface that can only be labelled as ludicrous and incomprehensible. This alone made operation unpleasant, but the trouble did not end there.

Summary

You've seen it all. JKV stands out even among the scammers. The office is so toxic that there is nowhere to put a stigma on it. Reviews on JKV that don't appear to be rigged are rife with criticism. Victims tend to say that investments are not returned, employees do not observe the standards of decorum, the site is uncomfortable, systematically glitches, and there are only unpleasant memories from trading with JKV. If you do not want to have the same thing that happened to other traders, under no circumstances leave even your contact information on the JKV website, or if you have already left it, just blacklist the employee numbers and ignore them. If you do talk to the managers, there is a risk that the scammers with their talents and experience of swindling will manage to wrap you around their finger and take your hard-earned money. They don't just offer investment solutions, they try to gain the trust of their victims by befriending them and luring them in with the promise of higher earnings.
